Rules for using ChanceKeeper

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using ChanceKeeper, you agree to these terms and to any related policies shown in the app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Legal entity and payments

Payments and legal matters for ChanceKeeper are handled by trueapps a.s., Olomoucká 81, Brno, Czech Republic, Registration Number: 26237661. All billing and legal obligations are fulfilled by this company.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. One account is allowed per person, including trial use. You may not create multiple accounts to bypass trial limits, plan limits, or other usage restrictions.

Personal use only

The service, including generated numbers, saved number sets, draw analysis, and any related text or display content, is provided for your personal use within ChanceKeeper only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, or otherwise exploit the content or generated numbers for use by third parties or for commercial gain.

Prohibited use

You may not use ChanceKeeper to violate laws, interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse engineer the app, or use automated methods that exceed normal, reasonable usage of the product.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features, trials, and plan changes may be subject to Stripe billing terms and to the pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase. We may change plans, features, or pricing for future purchases. Where required, taxes may apply.

Service availability and changes

ChanceKeeper may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may also change or remove features, including generators, dashboards, or analysis tools, as the product evolves.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse trial access, or pose a risk to the service or other users. You may delete your account through the app at any time, subject to any surviving obligations or records required by law.

Disclaimers

ChanceKeeper provides lottery-related tracking and number-generation tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any winnings, outcomes, or accuracy of external draw data.

Important: Saving numbers in ChanceKeeper does not enter you into any official draw and does not make you eligible to claim prizes. To win prizes you must hold a valid ticket purchased from an authorised seller and follow the official rules and claim procedures.
