About EuroJackpot

What is EuroJackpot?

EuroJackpot is a lottery played in many European countries. The jackpot starts at €10 million and can grow up to €120 million.

How to play

Each line has 5 main numbers from 1 to 50 and 2 Euro numbers from 1 to 12. There are 12 prize tiers: the lowest pays for 2 main numbers plus 1 Euro number, and the jackpot needs all 5 main numbers and both Euro numbers.

Draw days and times

Draws take place in Helsinki every Tuesday and Friday: Tuesday at 21:15 and Friday at 21:00 Helsinki time (20:15 and 20:00 CET).

Prize tiers and odds

EuroJackpot has 12 prize tiers. These are the odds of each tier for a single line:

Every combination of numbers has exactly the same chance. Past draws do not affect future draws, so no system, pattern, generator or “hot number” can change these odds, including ours.

Can a generator or system improve my chances?

No. The draw is random, and every combination has the same 1 in 139,838,160 chance of winning the jackpot. Past results don't influence future draws, so “hot” and “cold” numbers only describe the past.

ChanceKeeper's generators are simply a fun way to pick numbers. Our public generator benchmark shows how they all do over time: about the same, as you would expect from a fair draw.

How ChanceKeeper helps

ChanceKeeper is a tool for keeping track of your tickets. Save the numbers you play, and ChanceKeeper checks them automatically after every draw. ChanceKeeper does not sell tickets, and saving numbers does not enter you into an official draw.

Buying tickets

To take part in a draw you need a ticket from a licensed lottery operator in your country. Official information about the game is available at eurojackpot.com.

Play responsibly

You must be 18 or older to play. Only spend money you can afford to lose, and treat the lottery as entertainment, not as a way to make money. If gambling stops being fun, contact your national gambling helpline.
